Assisted Living with AI support

auxilio GmbH | Data & AI Consultant
Designed and implemented a data and AI architecture for a startup in the field of intelligent assistance for elderly people at home. I developed the data services, including databases and weather data integration. The system uses sensors such as motion detectors and energy monitors for appliances like TVs and ovens. With privacy as a priority, the data remains localized and adheres to strict privacy standards, ensuring the dignity and autonomy of residents. Using edge AI, the system analyzes activity patterns and daily routines to enhance security. This approach presented significant challenges due to low power and performance constraints, as well as lack of cloud access.

Smart Fashion Management System

Inszene GmbH | Software Architect & Developer
Led the development of a custom software solution for a fashion photography company to automate and streamline product management across all stages of production. The system, built as a local web server with a user-friendly interface, replaces the error-prone manual spreadsheet method. It excels at automating tasks such as unpacking clothing, photo shooting, and quality control with built-in error checking. Future plans include adding AI capabilities to further enhance automation. Working closely with the customer on site, the project has already been successfully implemented and has received high praise and satisfaction.

Community platform for indie game developers

Striked is a platform that addresses the challenges of the game development industry, focusing on traditional publishing models and monopolized markets. It provides alternative funding and empowers indie developers to retain control of their intellectual property, fostering diversity and innovation. We developed the project from a first idea and concept with EXIST funding into a full blown user-facing product.
